About Us

Built for the Long Arc

Reserva Capital is a private family investment office based in New York. We allocate across public equities, credit, real estate, private equity, and venture — combining institutional rigor with entrepreneurial agility to pursue risk-adjusted, long-term compounding.

Our Story

Origin & Mission

Reserva Capital traces its origins to healthcare services, where deep operating experience and a commitment to long-horizon value creation shaped our investment philosophy. Over time, we diversified across all major asset classes — public securities, real estate, credit, private equity, and venture capital — applying the same fundamental, research-intensive approach to every allocation.

We built our own proprietary research terminal — Terminal — because we believe every data point should carry its source, every assumption should be explicit, and every thesis should be falsifiable. This technology-first approach powers our investment process across strategies.

Principles

What Guides Us

Radical Transparency

Every data point carries source attribution. Every assumption is explicit. We show our work because conviction requires intellectual honesty.

Process Discipline

Our investment process is systematic and repeatable. We define exit criteria before entry, size for risk, and re-underwrite quarterly.

Intellectual Curiosity

We seek to understand systems deeply — from monetary policy mechanics to semiconductor supply chains. Curiosity is our enduring competitive advantage.
