Caveo

Caveo is a financial and accounting platform built specifically for doctors in Brazil. The platform integrates company formation, invoice issuance, tax compliance, and digital banking into a single product designed for the unique workflow of medical professionals — from residents managing their first PJ to established physicians with complex tax structures.

Invested via Kortex Ventures. Brazil has over 500,000 active physicians, most of whom need professional accounting services but are poorly served by generic solutions. Caveo's vertical focus creates powerful network effects and switching costs. The R$54M Series A (co-led by Zenda and ONEVC, with participation from Norte Ventures, Enseada, Afya, and others) validated product-market fit.

Active investment. Caveo reached 18% market share of newly graduated physicians in 2024 (up from 8% in 2023), grew 400% year-over-year, and is on track to transact R$1.5B through its platform.
