Direct investments span core, value-add, and opportunistic strategies — from high-quality premium properties with stable long-term income, to repositioning plays, to development projects and distressed deals.
We back institutional sponsors and local operators with clear catalysts: lease-up, tenant mix optimization, capex ROI, and regulatory transitions that temporarily depress pricing. Our underwriting process combines bottoms-up financial modeling with deep local intelligence on tenant demand, infrastructure plans, and zoning changes.
The portfolio includes premium properties, multi-family residential, commercial offices, land, industrial, hospitality, and retail across multiple geographies — from São Paulo's Faria Lima corridor to resort destinations in Portugal and hotel portfolios in Japan. We target assets where active management can unlock value beyond passive appreciation.
